I recently updated to ios7 on my ipad, and I'm sure I will get used to it,
but I'm not a fan of the new operating system.

I waited a while before updating my device, not so
sure it was a good idea.

I like the redesign from an aesthetic perspective, but the responsiveness (on a 4S) has definitely suffered.

Probably 80% or more of my phone usage is for music, and the new Music app is a disaster, particularly with a large library. Browsing is tedious where it used to be quick and intuitive, and a lot of functionality has been eliminated. My old black and white iPod handles music better than this app. The radio is pretty great though.

Other little annoying things: swiping down to see notifications used to always put the newest notification right at the top. Now that sometimes happens, but just as often it'll drop me in the middle of the notification list and I'll have to scroll up to see the newest. And it used to be really convenient to check the time by pressing the Home button; now, if music is playing, instead of showing the large clock you get the music controls and the time is up there in the tiny type that you can't easily see with a glance. You can get the large clock with a second press of the Home button, but only if you pause a second or two in between presses. Much preferred the single press for time; two quick presses for music control.

Petty complaints in the grand scheme of things I know.

Best way to deal with IOS is to buy an Android device.

But not really.
