just bought this from a guy that had it garaged and didn't use it very often

was stalling when it came to a stop but some 93 octane and a bottle of fuel treatment took care of that issue

idling very smoothly and nicely

however once you come to around 40 MPH and try to gove it any type of throttle the engine feels like it chokes and power is greatly reduced

it make be important to add that this bike came with an aftermarket Leo Vince exhaust installed upon purchase.....

anyone have any ideas or help!? the scooter functions perfectly otherwise

reliable and will not stall even when choking at those speeds

thanks so much everyone

That almost sounds like the computer is in safe mode. When it senses something is wrong and lets you limp it home.
