The seller has a title but I don't know what else I need to register the bike.

You'll need to take a bit more to the DMV. Here's everything you need.


Proof of ownership: the title, with the back part filled out to you
Proof of insurance
ID (your driver's license will do)
Registration Application Form MV-82
Proof of sales tax and purchase price: if you got it used from a random person, you'll need DTF-802

Check the website for more information, but those are the basics.
